All quotations are valid for a limited period as stated on the document. Pricing is subject to change based on material costs, transport, and project conditions. No work will commence until written acceptance and any required deposit are received.
Waterinfra aims to complete all installations within the agreed timeline. External factors such as weather, material supply, or site access may affect delivery schedules. Clients will be informed of any changes in advance.
All products are manufactured to industry standards. Warranty terms depend on the type of product installed and are provided in writing upon project completion. Misuse, unauthorised modification, or poor maintenance may void the warranty.
Waterinfra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays, design modifications, or external factors beyond our control. Our total liability will not exceed the contract value of the affected project.
